Kristen Pavez loves helping families create healthy habits, and lunchbox ideas is top of the list this week! Kristen specialises in recipes and education for a range of diets and lifestyles, so when we asked her to create 3 lunch boxes around our gluten free loaves, she was full of ideas.
Bento boxes would have to be the easiest lunch idea in the history of lunch ideas. Most ingredients simply require chopping! While most of the bits and pieces below can be store bought for the busy fam, Kristen has shared some of her favourite lunch box recipes with us for those who want to get creative in the kitchen. Colourful, delicious and full of surprises, read on for some healthy (and very cute) lunch box combos…

Fresh fruit & veg
Natural popcorn (Cobs is available at most supermarkets)
