Vegan Banana Loaf
All the goodness of traditional banana bread, but make it gluten-free and vegan. We use alternative flours and seeds like buckwheat, tapioca and sunflower and chia instead of wheat flour, which gives this loaf a yummy seedy flavour and lovely dense texture.
No nuts means this vegan banana bread is safe for school lunch boxes. We recommend toasting and serving with Nuttelex and chia jam or, if you’re feeling fancy, fry it up and serve with maple for a vegan take on French toast.
Ingredients: Bananas, filtered water, rice malt syrup, sunflower meal, rice bran oil, buckwheat, tapioca, potato starch, flax meal, chia seeds, psyllium, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, W.A. lake salt.
